TURD HILL
Turd Hill Artist Residency is a leave-no-trace week-long artist farmland residency, now in its 4th year. It is an opportunity to engage with the landscape of Southern Vermont, alongside a small group of interdisciplinary artists who are interested in dedicated work time in a new landscape. Dancing with the life cycles, forms of decay and regeneration, this landscape is open for making experimental moves with the body, in space, in the land, experiments in temporality, gestures in response to what is here. This micro residency program, includes “studio” work time, cooperative meal time, and intersections of unexpected engagement with wildlife and neighbors.
